About Bidhannagar College

Bidhannagar College was founded in 1984 by the Government of West Bengal with the vision of providing quality higher education to the residents of Salt Lake and surrounding areas. Named after the planned township of Bidhannagar (Salt Lake), the college has grown from a modest institution with 200 students to a vibrant academic community of over 3,200 students.
